Refund policy

At THE ONLY, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we apply strict hygiene and quality standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, and the product must remain in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products, products with broken seals after delivery, items damaged due to misuse or improper storage, or products reported after the allowed time frame.

3. Return & Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product. Our team will review the case and confirm eligibility. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned product. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or another agreed method.

5. Shipping Fees
If the return or exchange is due to our mistake, such as a damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect item, THE ONLY will cover the shipping fees.

6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before shipping. Once shipped, the order becomes subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
